Is the home visit really free?
No. There is a small visit fee. If you go ahead and order with us, the full visit fee is deducted from your bill. If you do not order, the visit fee is not refunded.
Which areas do you deliver and fit in?
We deliver and fit in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Our showroom is in DHA Islamabad. If you are outside these two cities, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly if we can help.
Where is your shop?
Our shop is at Al Hafeez Plaza, opposite DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. You can see wallpapers, flooring, blinds, panels, ceilings and Jotun paints there in person.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Thursday 9:30 am to 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:30 am to 7 pm. We are closed on Friday.
What does Paragon Interiors sell?
Wallpapers, wooden, vinyl and HDF flooring, window blinds, PVC wall panels and moulding, gypsum false ceilings, wall texture, media walls, canvas wall pictures, and Jotun paints. We supply and fit most of it with our own experienced team.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Stocked items in original condition can be returned within 7 days. Items made to your size, and paint mixed to your colour code, cannot be returned or exchanged, since they are made only for you.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Place your order, send the money to our account, then send your payment slip or screenshot on WhatsApp. Your order is on hold until we confirm the payment, which we do the same day. Made to size orders need an advance before we start making them.
How do I know how much material I need?
Use the calculator on the product page. Type your room size and it works out how many rolls, boxes or tins you need, including a small cutting allowance. You can also send your measurements on WhatsApp and we will work it out for you.
Can I get a wholesale rate as a contractor?
Yes. Tell us it is a bulk or contractor order when you book a visit or message us on WhatsApp, and we will quote a wholesale rate.
How long does delivery and fitting take?
Most stocked items are delivered in 1 to 3 days. Made to size items like blinds and custom prints usually take longer, since they are made after you order. We tell you the exact time when you place your order.
What if I am not sure about a colour or design?
Visit our showroom in DHA Islamabad and see the actual samples in person. You can also send us a photo of your room on WhatsApp and we will suggest options.
Why do most products say call for price?
Prices for flooring, blinds, wallpaper and fitting work depend on your size, design and the amount you need, so we quote each job. Jotun paints show their price online. Send your measurements on WhatsApp for a quick quote.
How much is delivery?
Delivery in Rawalpindi and Islamabad starts at Rs 500. Large orders or far areas may cost more, and we tell you before you pay.
