Where we deliver

Rawalpindi and Islamabad only. If you are outside these two cities, message us on WhatsApp at +92 335 5709300 and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Delivery charge

Delivery starts at Rs 500 per order, added at checkout. Additional delivery charges may apply for large, heavy or bulk orders, for difficult access, or for deliveries to upper floors without a lift. If your order needs more than the standard charge, we tell you the exact amount before you pay. We never add a charge after you have paid without telling you first.

How long it takes

Stocked items usually arrive in 1 to 3 days after your payment is confirmed. Made to size items — blinds, canvas prints, media walls — take longer because they are made after you order. We tell you the timeline when we confirm your order.

When delivery starts

Your order is prepared once we confirm your bank transfer. Delivery time is counted from confirmation, not from when the order was placed.

Fitting

Our own team fits most products. Fitting is quoted separately and agreed before any work starts. You check the work before we leave.

Missed deliveries

If nobody is available at the address, we will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange another time.
