Ready shades or mixed to your colour code

There are two ways to buy Jotun paint from us.

• Ready shades: white and ready colours in stock today. Order and collect, or we deliver.
• Mixed for you: many Jotun products come as a base that is tinted to a colour code. Send us the code from the Jotun colour card and we mix it fresh, usually within 24 hours.

For mixed colours the final price depends on the shade and the amount of tint it needs, so we confirm it before you pay. Please check your code carefully. Custom-tinted paint is made for you and cannot be returned. Colours look different on a phone screen, so if you are unsure, look at the colour card in daylight at our shop before you decide.

Which Jotun range for which job

Jotun makes a different product for each surface. Picking the right one matters more than picking the right colour.

Inside walls and ceilings

For bedrooms, lounges and drawing rooms, most customers choose Fenomastic My Home Rich Matt for a soft, flat finish, or Fenomastic My Home Smooth Silk for a slight sheen that is easier to wipe. Kitchens, bathrooms and children's rooms

Fenomastic Hygiene Emulsion, in matt or silk, is made for rooms that get cleaned often. It is the one we suggest where hands, steam and cooking are part of daily life.

Outside walls and boundary walls

Primer and filler first

Most peeling and patchy walls come from skipping the first step. Start with a primer that suits the surface, fill cracks and rough patches, then apply two coats of the finish paint. Ask us which primer your wall needs and we will tell you.

How much paint to buy

Paint is worked out from the wall area, not the floor area. A 10 marla plot tells you the size of the land, not how many square feet of wall you have to paint. Measure the width and height of each wall, take off large doors and windows, and remember that most jobs need two coats. Our room calculator has a Jotun paint mode that turns your wall sizes into litres. Pack sizes are quarter, gallon and drum where available.

• Online: add the tins to your cart and check out. Payment is by bank transfer.
• On WhatsApp: send your list or your colour codes to +92 334 5709400 and we reply with the total.
• At the shop: visit us opposite DHA Phase 2 to see the colour cards and take your paint with you.

Delivery in Islamabad and Rawalpindi starts at Rs 1,000. Heavy or far orders cost a little more, and we tell you the charge before you pay. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Returns on paint

Unused ready tins can be returned within 7 days. Custom-tinted paint cannot be returned, because nobody else can use your exact colour.
