Zebra blinds in Islamabad: light when you want it, privacy when you need it
A zebra blind has two layers of fabric with alternating bands. Some bands are sheer and some are solid. When the sheer bands line up, soft light comes through. Move the blind slightly and the solid bands line up to close the view. You get day light and night privacy from one blind.
Where zebra blinds suit best
- Drawing rooms and lounges, where you want daylight without people seeing in from the street.
- Dining areas and front rooms that face a road or a neighbour.
- Bedrooms, if you do not need full darkness. For full darkness, choose blackout roller blinds instead.
Our three design ranges
The Zebra Blinds, Made to Measure product has 82 real designs you can tap and compare:
- Abstract: modern patterns for contemporary rooms.
- Floral and motif: softer patterns that suit traditional or family rooms.
- Linear: clean stripes and textures. This fabric comes up to 118 inches wide, so many wide windows can be covered in one piece.
Choose a design, note its code and send it with your window size. The code goes into your price request so we make the exact design you saw.
Measuring for zebra blinds
Decide on an inside fit, in the window recess, or an outside fit, on the wall above. For wide windows, tell us the full width so we can check if one blind will do or if two are neater. Measure the recess or wall, never the glass. Sizes you measure yourself are your responsibility. If you book a home visit, our team measures and the responsibility is ours. The small visit fee is adjusted in your bill when you order.
