Items you can return

Unused stocked items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in a condition we can sell again.

Items you cannot return

• Made to size items — blinds, canvas prints, media walls, and anything cut or made to your measurements. These are made only for you and cannot be resold.
• Paint mixed to your colour code — custom-tinted paint cannot be returned or exchanged, because it is mixed specifically for your order.
• Items that have been installed, used, cut, or damaged after delivery.

Faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos on WhatsApp. We will replace it free of charge.

How to return something

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 335 5709300 with your order number and the reason. We will tell you how to send it back or arrange collection.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to the bank account you paid from, within 7 working days of us receiving the item. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the item was faulty.

Advance payments

The advance on a made to size order is not refundable once we have started making the item.
