About us

Orders and prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees. Prices and availability can change without notice. We try to keep product information accurate, but colours on screen may differ slightly from the real product. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer. After you place your order, transfer the amount to our account and send the payment slip or screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number. Your order is on hold until we confirm the payment. We usually confirm the same day. Orders that stay unpaid may be cancelled.

Made to size and custom items

Blinds, canvas prints, media walls and any item made to your measurements are made only after payment is confirmed. These need an advance before we start. Measurements you give us are your responsibility. If you would rather we measure, book a home visit.

Home visits

Home visits are not free. There is a small visit fee, and the full fee is deducted from your bill if you go ahead and order with us. If you do not order, the visit fee is not refunded.

Delivery and fitting

We deliver and fit in Rawalpindi and Islamabad only. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Limits

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered and for our own fitting work. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost time or lost income.
